Intermediate Acrylics - 2/23 - 3/9 - 6pm

Service Description

3-week course: Sundays, February 23 - March 9, 6:00pm - 8:00pm Ages 14+ This course is perfect for those who have learned the basics of painting with acrylics and want to take their skills to the next level. Experienced, classically-trained painter, Jessica Henry, will guide you through the process of creating a full acrylic, still life painting. Each session in this 3-week course will focus on a different part of the painting process, including setting up and blocking in your painting, refining shapes, and adding details. Supplies will be provided, but we encourage you to bring your own paints or brushes if you'd prefer to get more practice working with them! Optional items: - Water bottle with lid - Layered clothing Scholarships for this and all of our other classes are available for those who otherwise would not be able to attend art classes, thanks to generous donations to our Art Start Fund.
