Service Description

Ongoing, biweekly sessions: Friday, March 21 - Friday, May 16, 6:30pm - 8:30pm Register for each session separately. Ages 18+ Register for a single class or save with a multi-class multipass! See "Memberships and Passes" for more info. How do I use my SoulCollage® cards? Learn about how to incorporate your cards into your daily life through readings, journaling, and building a community of fellow creatives. You can tap into your own deep wisdom to answer questions and gain insights into the many life situations that puzzle and concern you. Your instructor, Char Tarashanti, became a trained SoulCollage(R) Facilitator in 2013 and has taught this exciting and effective creative form in MN, WI, AZ, and now ID. Every session will include: * Collecting images related to the theme * Card making - all materials provided * Inviting conversations between you and your cards * A presentation and group discussion on the theme * Making new friends * Meaningful fun Some sessions may also include: * Short forms of prose and/or poetry * Music for inspiration and reflection * Identifying cards to make in the future * Techniques for accessing guidance from your cards 3/21: Planting Seeds for Surviving & Thriving - Identify challenges to your well-being and explore self-care, community, and spiritual practices to cultivate resilience. 4/4: Exploring Fluctuating Feelings - Express shifting emotions through card-making and discussion, embracing both highs and lows. 4/18: A Path to Inner & Outer Peace - Use SoulCollage to reflect on understanding, patience, and forgiveness for a more peaceful life. 5/2: Fertility & Growth - Recognize overlooked opportunities and nurture your potential with creative exploration. 5/16: Facing Fear - Examine fear responses and find strength through insight, creativity, and community support. Scholarships for this and all of our other classes are available for those who otherwise would not be able to attend art classes, thanks to generous donations to our Art Start Fund.
